		<description>This is interesting. I program in ColdFusion/Java but may soon be tasked with doing a bit of PHP @ work. I've noticed many languages have Blog aggregators such as Jroller (java), fullasagoog(ColdFusion) , where most of the community blogs are aggregated. Searching for something like this in PHP actually brought me to this blog post! I wonder if you could use some of the SEO tools which check things such as Alexa rank, incoming links, length of domain registration etc. as a way of identifying the top bloggers in a community.</description>
